Complaint Form

We use this form to record complaints about Brook RED services or operations. You can submit the form online here, which will go to the Complaints Officer.

  • Email: enquiries@brookred.org.au

  • Address: 88 Norton Street, Upper Mount Gravatt, 4122, QLD

  • Or give the form to any Brook RED employee, who will then forward it on to the Complaints Officer.


All complaints are entered into our Complaints Register. This is deidentified and summarised twice a year, then presented to our General Manager and Board of Directors.
